i stayed in a standard king room city view. the room had two separate sinks. a rainfall shower was also available. there was free parking onsite.
a minor inconvenience was some outlets in the room did not work.

The hotel bar was enjoyable and i met justin there. he was super helpful, pointing out great places to visit. i went to the spots he recommended and they were amazing. the staff let us check in early. I appreciated this kind gesture.
i noticed hidden fees that i was not told about beforehand. i believe a refund should be issued because of this issue. they should specify all charges when making the reservation

The location near the interstate made travel easy. the event we attended was at the nearby stadium. This made the location perfect. it was really handy for getting around and back to the hotel each day

my room was clean upon arrival. the rooms are always clean and i liked how well lit it was. the room was also quite spacious, made moving around with luggage much easier

The staff at the front desk were quite helpful with directions. a free shuttle service to downtown was available, a real plus. my room featured a microwave and small refrigerator. Both worked perfectly. the lobby offered comfortable seating and complimentary coffee throughout the day.

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to downtown. I found the front desk staff very friendly. The hotel is quite clean. Each room is equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave, i really appreciate that.
I noticed the breakfast options are the same each day of the stay.

the room was quite large. it was also very clean. the hallways smelled really nice.. like it was being consistently cleaned. the staff were very cute each time i came into the hotel.
there was no bath mat in the tub of the bathroom in my room or on the floor outside of the shower. this made both the inside of the shower and outside very slick. i had to use towels to put them on the floor.

i learned the hotel doesn't sell or serve breakfast. the description needs some updating to reflect that guests should plan accordingly for morning meals and snacks at alternative locations.

the hotel offers shuttle service to the downtown area. the shuttle ride was quick and drop-off and pick-up location was quite close to key attractions. i didn't have to find another ride to visit the downtown area.
